Lovely news Caz - something to really look forward to next year! Congratulations to the young couple - and to you and hubby too. 30 years is definitely worth celebrating!

We have some snow in Warrington. Every flake that flutters is analysed for 'stickiness' at school where we all live in hope of a week off like we had in January! I don't think it will happen again though Sad

Much to my daughters' disgust, I have bought long johns! I can't tell you how wonderfully warm and comfortable they are under smart trousers for school. Plus the hiking socks and ugg boots, vest, hat and gloves - I'm surviving the cold so far and glad to have reached the age where being comfortable beats looking good every time! Stay warm everyone XX Ailsa

Hi Caz, thats lovely news for you, and yes definitely worth celebrating 30 years! We've been married 23 years, the year of our 25th will be our sons 21st and our daughters 18th!!!

Im in Hampshire and we got about 6" of snow laast night, all looks lovely (from inside a warm toasty house!) so if the wind is blowing easterly, you may be in for some!!

keep warm!

love Heather xxx

ps debating whether to brave the snow and go for my flu jab this afternoon, tend to think if the nurses have struggled in then its rude not to. So glad I bought some wellies the other day!! xxx

Hi Caz,

Wow, a wedding in Italy is something to look forward too!! How lovely for all of you.

Yes, 30 years is your Pearl Anniversary - Jan 2012 will be our Ruby, 40 years.

Our back garden is identical to Doreen`s - it has snowed continuously here for 9 days, so very little is moving in the village, and I`m getting to feel stir-crazy.

Kathleen x

Hi Caz
Congratulations on a double celebration next year.
We spent our 30th wedding anniversary in Sorrento and had a fantastic time.
Certainly something to look forward to during this cold weather

Hi Cazz,

Sounds lovely congratulations to both couples. We will be 29 this year, we will be 30 years when our eldest daughter gets married in 2012. It is so exciting to have something this special to look forward to.

Our back garden looks exactly the same as Doreen's, I have never seen snow this deep. It's lovely but cold.
Keep warm everyone, anything goes Ailsa in this cold as long as your happy with it.

Take care everyone Love Lorna x Smile
